Support Pacifica's Public Schools
Voting YES on Measure T will renew local funding to improve our schools without raising taxes.
Renew stable, local funding to protect:
- Access to Outdoor Ed for all students
- Library Media Technicians across the district
- A counselor for our 6th–8th graders
Fiscal accountability:
- Funds cannot be used on administrators' salaries
- An independent Citizens' Oversight Committee ensures responsible spending
- Homeowners over 65 are eligible for an exemption
Measure T will renew the existing parcel tax, helping ensure our schools continue to receive the local funding they rely on without interruption.
The measure includes independent citizen oversight. In May 2026, the independent oversight committee confirmed that Pacifica School District has been using funds as intended by voters.
$1.27 million in annual local funding, designated for:
- Protecting quality education in local elementary and middle schools
- Enhancing math, science, history, and reading/writing programs
- Attracting and retaining qualified teachers
- Supporting well-rounded education, including art, music, technology, and libraries
- Supporting struggling students
